Another day another card

Afternoon everyone hope you are having a lovely day.  Really horrible in Preston today, rain rain and more rain.

Anyway hope you like todays card, this is my second wedding card I promised to show you.
Quite a simple card today, not too much fuss just a little bit of glitter.

 Materials used:-

1. C5 card
2. I used pearlescent card for the background which I embossed with Spellbinders Grande Impressabilities - Butterfly Garden
3. On the right hand side of the card is a strip of paper,this is from a sample cd I got from a magazine. On top of it is a piece of wide satin ribbon and then a narrow piece of ribbon on the top.
4. The Bridge and Groom are from the Bella Italia kit from Kanban.  I have added the liquid pearls, glitter and gems to the image.
5. For the sentiment I used my computer to print it out and then cut it out using spellbinders die - labels fourteen.  I Then added liquid pearls and two large flat back pearls to finish it off.

Belated New Year

Belated New Year to everyone. This is my first blog this year due to being poorly , not a good start but onward and upward (fingers crossed).  I hope you are all having fun crafting, especially being stuck inside with this snow.

A have been making a couple wedding cards commissioned by a friend today.  This is the first.

Materials Used:-

1. 8x8 card
2. Hunkydory Background card
3. Pearlescent Card - cut using Spellbinders Grande Shapeabilities - creative book pages then embossed using Spellbinders Grande Impressabilities - Butterfly Garden
4. Wine Glasses - Stamped and embossed with gold embossing powder.  Glazed with glossy accents adding just a little sparkle using glitter glue.  Small bows placed on the glasses and embellished with gold heart confetti.
5. The heart sentiment was made using my computer to type the sentiment and then an old heart die (think its an xcut) to cut it out.
6. The Lily was made using my cricut machine and then chalked to add the pink and glittered to add the gold sparkle. I used Crealies Creative Shapes - CL CS 12 to cut out the leaves and finally added some stringed pearls.
7. The Corners were cut out using Shapeabilities - Venetian Accents
8. Wedding Rings Embellishment added to the top right hand corner.

The Bling - I used pearls, peeloffs and confetti to add the extra pazazz
